The security of your data is important for us. To ensure transparent cooperation, I would like to point out important processing activities and special features.

Purpose and legal basis of data processing

Kristina Prepoutsidis' data processing is carried out to find cooperation partners for contract processing in accordance with Art. 6 Para lit. f GDPR, whereby the legitimate interest is related to:

  • Answering inquiries

  • Sending information material

  • The administration and administration

  • Maintaining business relationships


As a sole proprietor, I am subject to various legal obligations. In order to fulfill these obligations, processing of personal data may be necessary in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1c GDPR for legal obligations or in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1e GDPR in the public interest.

If you write me an email or contact me by phone, I will collect, process and store the following data from you and use it to answer your query.

Collection of personal data when you visit my website

(1) If you use the website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide me with information, I only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include, in particular, session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the shared session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. Right of withdrawal when giving consent

In various cases, you have the opportunity to give me your consent to further processing (if necessary for part of the data) in connection with the processing described below. In this case, in connection with the submission of the respective declaration of consent, I will inform you separately about all modalities and the scope of the consent and about the purposes that I pursue with this processing. I would like to inform you that the revocation of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent before its revocation.


Transmission of data

My hosting provider HostEurope in Cologne receives your data, which it needs to fulfill its contractual and legal obligations as well as legitimate interests.

In addition, contract processors commissioned by me (especially IT service providers) receive your data if and to the extent that they need the data to fulfill their respective services. If there are legal obligations or legitimate interests, public bodies (e.g. courts, authorities) may be the recipients of your personal data. Recipients can also be third parties to whom I transmit your data for the above purposes. Your data will only be passed on to third parties on the basis of the legal bases mentioned above. Furthermore, no data will be passed on to third countries.

Newsletter dispatch

Shipping takes place via the platform With your consent, you can subscribe to my newsletter, which I use to inform you about current topics and workshops.

To register for my newsletter I use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after you register, I will send you an email to the email address you provided, in which I will ask you to confirm that you would like to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, I store the IP addresses you use and the times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify any possible misuse of your personal data.

The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address. Providing further, separately marked data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. After your confirmation, I will save your email address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter a GDPR.

You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can declare your revocation by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter email, or by email to me or by sending a message to the contact details provided in the legal notice.

Since July 16, 2020, is no longer subject to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield certified. It cannot be guaranteed that your data will be transmitted to the USA and there our European. subject to data protection level. We are currently examining the possibilities of other legal bases. As the operator of the site, we cannot rule out the transfer and further processing of users' personal data to third countries, such as the USA, as well as the associated possible risks for users.


Booking my workshops via the website

You can register for the lectures on my website. For this I need:

Statistical data

Statistical data from different categories is available to me/us via the so-called “Insights” on the Facebook page. These statistics are generated and provided by Facebook. As operators of the site, we have no influence on the creation and display.

We cannot turn off this function or prevent the generation and processing of the data. For a selectable period of time and for the categories of fans, subscribers, people reached and people who interacted, Facebook provides us with the following data relating to our Facebook page:

- Total number of page views, “likes”, page activities, post interactions, reach, video views, post reach, comments, shared content, replies, proportion of men and women, country and city origin, language, views and clicks in the shop, clicks on Route planner, clicks on phone numbers.

Data on the Facebook groups linked to our Facebook page are also provided in this way. Due to the constant development of Facebook, the availability and processing of data is changing, so we refer to the above-mentioned Facebook data protection declaration for further details.

We use this data, available in aggregate form, to make our posts and activities on our Facebook page more attractive to users. For example, we use the distributions according to age and gender for an adapted approach and the users' preferred visiting times for a time-optimized planning of our contributions.

Information about the type of devices visitors use helps us adapt the posts visually and creatively. In accordance with the Facebook Terms of Use, to which each user has agreed when creating a Facebook profile, we can identify the page's subscribers and fans and view their profiles and other information shared by them.


Google fonts

This site uses certain fonts from Google for display purposes. Google allows the use of Google Fonts on its own server and this is the only way we use Google Fonts on this website, see As a result, the website visitor's personal data will no longer be processed or forwarded to Google. provides font settings in its website design templates and cannot be changed.

No obligation to provide & Consequences of non-provision

The provision of personal data is not required by law or contract and you are not

obliged to provide data. As part of the input process, I will inform you if the provision of personal data is required for the respective service (e.g. by designating it as a “mandatory field”). If data is required, failure to provide it will result in the service in question not being able to be provided.


Storage period of your data

I process your personal data, if necessary, for the duration of the business relationship, as long as it is necessary for the stated purposes and beyond in accordance with the legal retention and documentation obligations, which arise in particular from the tax code and the Commercial Code and usually 10

years. In addition, personal data can be stored and retained for as long as the data is relevant to pending legal or official proceedings in which the person responsible is a party.
