My hosting provider HostEurope in Cologne receives your data, which it needs to fulfill its contractual and legal obligations as well as legitimate interests.

Newsletter dispatch
Shipping takes place via the platform www.wix.com. With your consent, you can subscribe to my newsletter, which I use to inform you about current topics and workshops.
To register for my newsletter I use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after you register, I will send you an email to the email address you provided, in which I will ask you to confirm that you would like to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, I store the IP addresses you use and the times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify any possible misuse of your personal data.
The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address. Providing further, separately marked data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. After your confirmation, I will save your email address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter a GDPR.
You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can declare your revocation by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter email, or by email to me or by sending a message to the contact details provided in the legal notice.
Since July 16, 2020, Wix.com is no longer subject to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield certified. Statistical data
Statistical data from different categories is available to me/us via the so-called “Insights” on the Facebook page. These statistics are generated and provided by Facebook. As operators of the site, we have no influence on the creation and display.
We cannot turn off this function or prevent the generation and processing of the data. For a selectable period of time and for the categories of fans, subscribers, people reached and people who interacted, Facebook provides us with the following data relating to our Facebook page:
- Total number of page views, “likes”, page activities, post interactions, reach, video views, post reach, comments, shared content, replies, proportion of men and women, country and city origin, language, views and clicks in the shop, clicks on Route planner, clicks on phone numbers.
Data on the Facebook groups linked to our Facebook page are also provided in this way. Due to the constant development of Facebook, the availability and processing of data is changing, so we refer to the above-mentioned Facebook data protection declaration for further details.
We use this data, available in aggregate form, to make our posts and activities on our Facebook page more attractive to users. For example, we use the distributions according to age and gender for an adapted approach and the users' preferred visiting times for a time-optimized planning of our contributions.
Information about the type of devices visitors use helps us adapt the posts visually and creatively. In accordance with the Facebook Terms of Use, to which each user has agreed when creating a Facebook profile, we can identify the page's subscribers and fans and view their profiles and other information shared by them.
Google fonts
This site uses certain fonts from Google for display purposes. Google allows the use of Google Fonts on its own server and this is the only way we use Google Fonts on this website, see https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq. As a result, the website visitor's personal data will no longer be processed or forwarded to Google. Wix.com provides font settings in its website design templates and cannot be changed.
